Directive 10.2: Sponsoring, coupling of editorial reports an advertising

The name of the sponsor must be transparent when media reports are sponsored; and the freedom of the media in regard to choice and handling of the subject must be respected. Editorial reports that simply serve to promote the sponsor are not permitted.
